Let’s Talk to Margie

Margie is a regular at The Noble Quilter – teaching, learning, baking, and getting excited about new products and tools.  A delightful person to know who always wears a bright smile.

Let’s meet her:

Margie with ” Remember Me”  Project

Margie has been sewing all her life.  She recalls sitting on her mother’s lap to sew.  She has been quilting for about 35 years.  Her years of experience definitely show when you observe the quality of her workmanship.

She is a big fan of Civil War prints and Kansas Troubles.  She added florals to her list of likes also.  She has used these prints in projects that she has made with her favorite tool the” Rapid Fire Lemoyne Star” Tool by Studio 180/Deb Tucker.  Margie is actually a fan of all Tucker tools and can teach you how to use them effectively.

Margie has been with the shop for about 4 years.  She teaches, helps wherever needed ( I know that   includes making luscious goodies on occasion), and she makes samples.  She will be teaching “Remember Me” for “Prairie Women’s Sewing Circle” starting this Sunday, May 4 from Noon to 3 PM.  Call the shop for details.  It is a fun group to be a part of.  Margie also continues to teach TNQ Sampler which, of course, includes learning to use some of the Deb Tucker tools.

Margie’s other passions include grandchildren, traveling and cooking and baking.  Take one of her classes and get to know her.  You will certainly be glad you did.  Come for a special event and you might get to taste some of her awesome baking (need to be quick as there are some who head straight for her goodies).

It is a Pleasure to Serve You,

Jan & Angie
